MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Upon sign-up, the first month’s membership fee and enrollment fee (if applicable) are due at time of enrollment. Monthly EFT charges are processed on the same date each month based on your start date (If you sign-up on the 5th, the reoccurring payment will be processed on the 5th of each month thereafter). All memberships include a freeze option and may be processed anytime after the first EFT withdrawal. A written notice is required at least 10 days before the desired cancellation date.
